Left Off Madison in New York operates from a one-of-a-kind restored white clapboard farmhouse that’s been re-imagined into a full service photo & film studio and collaborative agency space. (Definitely, not a conventional office space, for sure.) This isn’t just a production lot; it’s where ideas are born, shot, edited, refined, and delivered.

Set on 8.5 acres of quiet rustic pasture and forest, the setting is peaceful enough

to let creativity breathe, yet still easy to reach: about 30 minutes from midtown Manhattan without gridlock, or roughly 12 minutes north of the George Washington Bridge if you happen to be a law-abiding driver.

With generous off-street parking, flexible interiors, and total control over production, we cut the friction out of execution. Plus, there’s the in-ground pool that makes summertime shoots more chill.
