5 Questions. 50 Minutes. Real Growth Clarity.

A focused working session designed to uncover where your next phase of growth comes from. No pitch. No deck. Just clarity.

Trusted by brands across CPG, consumer goods, finance, hospitality, and more.

Not a Pitch.
A Working Session.

Grounds for Growth isn’t a presentation— it’s a working session.

We come prepared. We ask better questions. And we focus on what actually drives growth in your business.

No generic frameworks. No recycled thinking.
Just a sharp, honest conversation built around your reality.

Oh, and we’ll send you the coffee and a few growth tools.

The 5 Questions We’ll Tackle

Group of people collaborating on a marketing strategy, with papers and sticky notes on a table, discussing ideas and organizing concepts.

Every session is tailored— but it always centers on the questions that matter most:

  • Where is growth actually coming from—and where is it stalling?

  • What audiences are you under-leveraging or missing entirely?

  • Where is your current strategy misaligned with your goals?

  • What’s slowing execution or diluting performance?

  • What’s the fastest path to unlock momentum?

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A clear view of your biggest growth opportunities

  • Identification of hidden constraints and missed signals

  • Immediate actions you can take—whether we work together or not

  • A sharper, more focused path forward

Whether we partner or not— you’ll leave with clarity.

Why We Offer This

Most growth challenges don’t come from a lack of ideas.

They come from a lack of clarity, alignment, or focus.

We built this session to cut through that—quickly.

It’s also how we start building relationships: by being useful first.

Led by Senior Operators

This isn’t handed off to junior teams.

You’ll work directly with Boris, Rob, and experienced leaders across strategy, media, and creative—people who’ve built brands, scaled businesses, and solved complex growth challenges.

The Coffee Behind the Conversation

The coffee in your Grounds for Growth package isn’t random.

It’s sourced from Costa Rica and brought to us by our friend and partner, Sal Gervasi, and his partners on Long Island. Light/medium roasted and packaged at their East End Coffee Roasters in North Babylon, this is the same craft coffee served daily at their popular local shops— Babylon Bean, Bayshore Bean, and Sayville Bean.

Because if we’re going to talk about growth, it might as well start over a great cup of coffee.
